He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel McIntyre and Gladys McIntyre (Chamberlin); his sister Melinda Launderville; and his grandparents, Charlotte, Samuel McIntyre, Joseph and May Chamberlin.
He is survived by: his spouse Claire D. Morris; his children, Kelly D. Shultes (Jon W.) and David C. McIntyre, II (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tim McIntyre, Olivia Makara, Tim Makara II (Abigail), Victoria Makara, Rebecca Makara, Anna Makara and Matthew McIntyre (Libby); his great grandchild Ayden McIntyre; his brother Peter McIntyre; and his brother-in-law Lewis Launderville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
