He is survived by: his wife Diana Haggerty; his daughters, Bridget Haggerty, Casey Haggerty and Maggie Garrison; his grandchildren, Wyatt and Ellie; and his siblings, Carol Haggerty-Koutsos and Rich Haggerty.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Dan's memory to a charity of choice, reflecting the generous spirit with which he lived his life.
