He was predeceased by: his parents, Barton Ross Sr. and Mae Ross; his sister Doris Depole; and his pet Mickey. He is survived by: his wife Donna Ross; his children, Caila, Christian and Lauren Ross; his siblings, Barton Ross Jr. and Andrea Paterna; and his pets, Scout, Rosie and Rodney.

Donations may be made in his honor to Sparrow's Nest charity, 10 Town Center Blvd, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533.
