He is survived by: his mother Marcy Blow; his spouse Sean Boisvert; his parents-in-law, Robert and Patsy Boisvert; his brother Thomas; his sister-in-law Marie Jessup; his nieces, Zoe and Lily Jessup; and his sisters, Natasha Benoit, Crystal Barry, Erika Barry and Donna Michele.

“I wanted to see Chad as an adult, but time has run out. I was his stepmom for 2 short years. I write about him in my memoir, Excerpt: The boy stood there in his Ninja Turtle pajamas, staring at me with those big brown eyes. Disgusted, he shut the light off and went back to his room. I will never forget that face. I like to think those eyes got me sober, because I never drank again. Thank you Chad and I hope you had many happy days on earth! RIP and may we meet in heaven for a hug!”
