He was predeceased by: his father John R. Levett; his aunt Mary Levett; and his grandparents, Klaas, Marion Vellenga, Malcolm and Janet Levett.
He is survived by: his mother Annette Levett; his father-in-law Richard Hoyt; his brothers, Russell (Lisa) and Jon (Carrie); his nieces and nephews, Grace, Tiffany, Evan, Trent and Taylor; and also, Lindsey and Nicky Turner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and many more second cousins.
