It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Retzer (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Papastrat and Helen Papastrat; and her sister Pauline Papastrat. She is survived by: her husband Louis Retzer (State Police Retired); her niece Cynthia Salberg; and her nephew Al Kauffman.
