We are sad to announce that on May 27, 2023, at the age of 76, Barbara Fischer (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in New Rochelle, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Tobin and Marjorie Tobin; her husband Kenneth A. Fischer; and her brother William Tobin. She is survived by: her children, Denise Fischer, Kenneth Fischer Jr. (Renah), Robert Fischer and Lisa Wagner (Greg); her grandchildren, Jonathan Ayala (Victoria), Nicholas, Caitlin, Kenny, Ava, Sophia Fischer and Briana Wagner; and her great grandchild Aubrey.
