He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hazel and Louise Hazel (Keough); and his brothers, Richard and George. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Hazel, Sheri Tompkins (Joseph) and Julie Raylor; his grandchildren, Sadie Brown, Makenzie Hazel and Shawn Hazel Jr.; his great grandchild Ryder Hazel; his former wife Maureen Hazel; his brother Robert Hazel (Tammy); and his sister-in-law Deborah Hazel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
