He is survived by: his wife Marie O'Dell (Woodard); his children, Richard O'Dell (Kathy), Bennington, Randal O'Dell (Donna) and Loren O'Dell (Linda); and his brothers, Robert O'Dell and Dick O'Dell Hoosick (Digger). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
