He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Church and Belle Church (Woodard); and his siblings, Jerry Church, Robert Church, Loretta Casano and Carol Bodine.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Wideawake Church; his stepchildren, Harry Porter (Cassandra) of Bennington, Louise Perry (Kenny) and Tom Porter of Pownal; and his sisters, Barbara Shepherd of Averill Park and Linda Rock of Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
