She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Brown and Helen Brown (Kimball); her husband Charles Stowell; her son Larry; her son-in-law Dan Merrills; and her siblings, Norma, Joyce, Bruce and George.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Houghton (Wayne), Stacy Merrills, Cheryl Stowell, Rick Stowell (RoseMarie), Robin Stowell and Niel Stowell (Roseanne); her sister Marcia Allen; and her niece Lynn Bort. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the First Baptist Church or the Cheney library through the funeral home.
