He was predeceased by: his parents, William Benkoski and Helen Benkoski (Cuddihy). He is survived by: his children, Melissa Shea (Ryan) of Hoosick Falls, NY and Benjamin Benkoski (Kelly) of Rotterdam, NY; his wife Pamela Benkoski; his father-in-law Robert Grobuski; his grandchildren, Alexander, Jackson Shea, Riley and Sean Benkoski; and his siblings, William Benkoski (Rebecca) of Hoosick Falls, NY, Mary Ellen Sanders (Michael) of Bennington, VT, Laurene Percy (Peter) of Bennington, VT and Stephen Benkoski (Pamela) of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mahar Funeral Home (43 Main St, Hoosick Falls, NY 12090). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (67 Main St, Hoosick Falls, NY 12090).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Immaculate Conception Church through the funeral home.
