She is survived by: her husband Richard Hoffman; her daughters, Regina Pruhenski of Knightdale, NC and Christine Nielson (Matthew) of Hoosick Falls, NY; her brothers, William Levandowski of Queensbury, NY and Thomas Levandowski of Eagle Bridge, NY; her grandchildren, Shawn Carpenter and Rebecca Nielson; and her great grandchild Lucas Carpenter.
