She is survived by: her stepchildren, Arnold La Forty Jr., Nancy and Michelle La Forty; her brother Jeffrey Furbeck of Hoosick Falls, NY; and her nieces and nephews, Emily, Jessica Carter, Patrick, Seth, Ian and Lucas Furbeck.

A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Solomon/Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
