She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Ambersine and Mary Ambersine (Bagnoli); her husband Joseph G. Ciuk, Jr.; and her sisters, Lena Gary and Jennie Ambersine.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Shea (Mike) and Tony Ciuk (Kim); her grandchildren, Emily Erk (Christian), David Ciuk and Erin Destito (Ross); and her great grandchildren, Leo Destito and Andrew Erk. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews and cousins.
