She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Surdam; her parents, Leverett LeBarron and Margaret Mae LeBarron (Prentiss); her sister Beverly Cummings (Robert) of Pownal, VT; her grandsons, Justin Surdam and Jeremiah Carpenter; and her siblings, Marjorie Kramer, Edward and Richard LeBarron.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Sousie (late Nicholas) of West Hoosick, NY, Joanne Godkin (Warren) of Bennington, Sandra Metcalf (Dwayne) of North Pownal, VT, Sharon Barber (Donald) of Bennington, VT and Richard Surdam (Linda) of Hoosick Falls, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to either the Rensselaer County Community Hospice, Second Chance Animal Shelter or the Karen & Molly McGovern Memorial Fund through the funeral home.
