It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John F. Galvin Jr. (Hoosick Falls, New York), who passed away on April 7, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Galvin and Mary Galvin (Sharkey); and his brothers, Patrick, Michael and Lawrence.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret McGuire (Peg); his sons, Brendan (Kristin) and Brian (Nicole); his grandsons, Jack, Brendan, Tommy, Ryan and Declan; and his sister Mary Marriner (Rich). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Karen & Molly McGovern Fund through Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street, Hoosick Falls, NY.
