He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Burdick and Shirley Burdick; and his parents-in-law, Joan Rogers and Raymond Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Mary Teresa; his children, Michael Burdick (Myla), Krista Burdick and Todd Burdick (Colleen); and his siblings, Judy Brownell (Jeff) and Jeff Burdick (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and dear friends.
