He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Burdick Sr. and Violet Harrington (Richter); his husband David; and his sisters, Robin and Carol.

He is survived by: his siblings, Judy (Robert), Nancy (Irving), Julia (late Bill), Cinda, Carolynn, Loren (Karen) and Brian (Lacey); and his children, Floyd, Wanda and Duane. He is also survived by his family.
