Esther Gates Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2021, at the age of 94, Esther Gates (Hoosick Falls, New York), born in Arlington, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Gates; and her parents, Royce Squires and Margaret Squires. She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Gates, Joann Thompson and Allan Gates; and her siblings, Hazel Harrington, David and Max Squires. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Masks, social distancing and crowd limitations will be adhered to at the funeral home.
