He is survived by: his wife Joline Bouwens (DeCook); his sons, Randy (Judy), David (Julie), Mark (Kyle) and James (Christina); his siblings-in-law, Sue Bouwens, Donald Wallace and Karen Wallace; his stepchildren, George DeCook (Mary) and Susan Tandle; and his sister-in-law Nancy DiMatteo (James). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
