He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Slade and Verna Slade of Honeoye Falls, NY.; and his sister Patty East. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Shea Slade (Rebecca) of Honeoye and Sara Graham (Aaron) of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Tyler, Abigail Graham, Payton and Kylie Slade; and his sister Darlene Robbins (Dan).
