She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Smith and Betty Smith; and her husband Alan W. Lane. She is survived by: her son Jason Lane; her siblings, Kathy Barnsdale (Lynn), David Smith (Barb), Larry Smith (Karen) and Craig Smith; and her close friend Brenda Tripp. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Little Lakes Wesleyan Church (4819 Co Rd 37, Livonia, NY 14487).
