He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fletcher and Agnes McGory (Verstrate); and his sisters, Kathleen McGory and Alice McGory. He is survived by: his wife Beverly McGory (Matthews); his sons, Bernie McGory and Brian McGory; and his grandchildren, Alexandria McGory, Kevin McGory and Shaylyn McGory. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
