He is survived by: his wife Marilyn W. Chapple (Jessie Doll), Dr. Hannah Chapple, Joseph Smith (Bridget) and Kyle Smith (Jess McLaren); and his great grandchildren, Max Valente, William Heiman, Lauren, Nelson Doll and Patrick Smith.
