He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Milne Sr. and Dorothy Latimer Milne; and his significant other Joyce Jeannine DeBoer Milne. He is survived by: his children, Deborah J. Milne-O'Brien (Edward), Rebecca A. Milne Adkins (Dale), Raymond C. Milne III (Connie) and Richard B. Milne (Mary Lou); his siblings, Bruce Milne (Sue) and Dorothy Milne Walchenbach; and his grandchildren, Shaun O'Brien, Kade O'Brien, Meghan O'Brien Onofrio, Stephanie Adkins-LaChance, Dale Adkins Jr., Raymond C. Milne IV, Cody Milne, Cristian Milne and Kelly Milne Richardson. He is also survived by Twenty-two great grandchildren and sons and daughters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in Ray's memory may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Honeoye Falls for their music program or to the Honeoye Falls American Legion Post 664.
