He is survived by: his siblings, Amy Hoffman, Scott (Linda) and Mark (Josephine); and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Ryan, Kelly (Brian), Garrett (Melissa), Grace, Jared, Sara and Erin.

Donations may be made to Lollypop Farm, where he got Maggie.
