We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2024, at the age of 76, Joan Cynthia Amorese of Honeoye Falls, New York, born in Trenton, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Joan Cynthia had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Joan Cynthia may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Fabian and Marilyn Case Fabian; and her sister Barbara Zeck. She is survived by: her husband Pete Amorese; her daughter Sarah Marusiak (Dave); and her grandchildren, Nicholas and Emily Marusiak.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 24 Mendon Ionia Rd, Mendon, NY 14506. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (26 Mendon Ionia Rd, Mendon, NY 14506).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wilmot Cancer Center (Pancreatic Cancer Division) at Strong Memorial Hospital, 601 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14642.
