He is survived by: his wife Teressa DaGama; his children, Everett, Addison, Ari and Talia; his mother Josephine Koch; his brother Scott J Koch (Aimee LaFever); his nieces and nephews, Olivia and Hayden; his brother David P Koch (Jennifer Wright); his nephew Phillip; his nieces, Audrey and Evelyn; and his father David Koch.

Due to COVID restrictions, there will be a private service limited to family and close friends, but a memorial will be scheduled in the near future once restrictions are lifted.
