Hornyak (Honeoye Falls, New York), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew P. Hornyak Sr. and Rosemary Margaret Reed Ridenour; and his sister Deborah Hornyak Shondelmeyer. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Hornyak White (Michael) and Allen Paul Hornyak; and his nieces and nephews, Tracy Schade Cook (Scott), Heather Schade Zottolli (Damian), Amy White Hatch (Brent), Michael White Jr. and David Shondelmeyer (Corina).
