In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Thomas leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Thomas may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Taranto and Esther Carr Taranto; and his wife Rosemary. He is survived by: his daughter Christina Taranto of Cortland; and his brothers, Angelo Taranto of Hamilton and William Cobb (Leah) of Scott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Riccardi Funeral Home (69 N Main St, Cortland, NY 13045). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (4101 West Rd, Cortland, NY 13045).
