With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Augusta Bliss O'Shea of Homer, New York, who passed away on October 6, 2022 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sally Augusta Bliss O'Shea to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fenton Bliss and Vera Bliss (Ingalls); and her siblings, Robert Bliss, Eli Bliss, John "Jack" Bliss, Eulalie St. Don, Vera Louise Romer and Olive Grabow.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel (Carrie) of Tully and Richard (Jane) of Homer; her sister Drusilla Wemett of Rochester; her grandchildren, Fenton, Erin (Larry) and Adam (Randi); and her great grandchildren, Sam, Grace, Addison, Owen and Otto. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In late 2019, just as Covid was taking hold, she was admitted to Guthrie Cedar Run, where the staff did all possible to comfort her in our world of isolation.
