With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger L. Williams of Homer, New York, who passed away on July 29, 2023 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herbert Williams and Betty Page Williams; his wife Joanne Gaines Williams; his children, Chad of Homer, Jodi Terwilliger (Kris) of McGraw, Nick Williams (Lindsay) of Otego and Logan Williams (Deanna) of Cortland; his granddaughters, Leah and Paige Terwilliger; and his siblings, Al Williams (Bea), Kurt Williams (Cheryl) of McGraw, Rita O'Mara of Cortland and Steve Williams of Syracuse. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
