He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Leo Hoffmann and Alice Hoffmann; and his brother Michael Hoffmann. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen (Alise) of Elmira and David (Amanda) of Avon; his grandchildren, Harper, Camdyn, Theodore, Abraham, Robert and Franklin; and his sisters-in-law, Elaine M. Lee of Tennessee and Pamela Hoffmann of Homer. He is also survived by two nephews, many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, gifts can be directed to the Homer Congregational Church, 28 South Main St. where a service will be held on Saturday, August 6 at 2:00.
