He is survived by: his wife Elaine Kozub (Patience); his son Christopher Kozub (Andrea Zlotucha); his grandchildren, Rose and Asher of Spafford; his son Jeremy Kozub (Kathy Van Santen); his grandchildren, Abigail, Riley of Aurelius and Amanda Kozub of Homer; and his sisters, Patricia Cieslica and Louise Soda of Orchard Park.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute of Boston in recognition of their groundbreaking research that led to a cure for Paul's cancer in.
