He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Morgan (McMahon) and William H. Morgan II; his sister Margaret Perfetti (Morgan); his brother-in-law David Perfetti; and his daughter-in-law Maureen Morgan (Rossi).
He is survived by: his wife Susie; his children, Bill Morgan, Michelle Connolly, Stacey Magin (David) and Betsey Schuhle (Aaron); and his sister Maureen Morgan. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and great-grandchild.
He enjoyed volunteering for various community events throughout his life, and was a proud member of St. Margaret's Church, the Democratic Party, Cortland Elks (BPOE #748), Cortland County Hospice fundraising committee and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
