She was predeceased by: her father Paul Neuman; her sister Cathy Stage; and her son Phillip J. "PJ" Miller. She is survived by: her mother Margaret Joann Briggs Neuman of Homer; her daughter Sarah Button (Matthew) of North Brookfield; her grandchildren, Carson, Everleigh, Gunnar and Bryer; her siblings, Connie Biviano (Craig) of Homer, Rick Neuman (Marty) of Vestal and Theresa Neuman of Homer; her nieces, Kelly, Kaitlyn and Kiersten; her nephew Ken; and her close friends, Phil and Jackie.

Memorial contributions in Peggy's name may be directed to the St. Elizabeth College of Nursing, 2215 Genessee Street, Utica, NY 13501.
