He was predeceased by: his mother Debra I. Harter Breidinger. He is survived by: his father Donald W. Stout; his stepfather Richard Breidinger of Homer; his significant other Rachel Parker of Homer; his daughters, Jade and Kylie Stout; his stepson Cayleb Leonard; his grandmother Edith Harter of Homer; his siblings, Rachael Stout (Chad Thornton) of Homer and Jason Stout (Shannon) of Cortland; his nephew Tydyn Thornton; and his nieces, Olivia and Emma Stout. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A trust for Jeff's children is being established and memorial contributions may be directed to Rachael Stout, 35 Prospect St., Homer, NY 13077.
