He is survived by: his wife Janet Swinnich (Jasinski); his brother Robert Swinnich of Ormond Beach; his children, Anna Velto (Jonathan) of Farmingdale, NJ and Vincent of Homer, NY; and his granddaughters, Gia, Isabella and Siena Velto.
