James Starr Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 8, 2020 we had to say goodbye to James Starr of Homer, New York, born in Cortland, New York. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Starr and Helen Miller Starr. He is survived by: his sister Suzanne Gregg (Haven); and his nieces, Cynthia Berry (Nathan) and Kathy Craig (Jeff). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

We will be practicing social distancing and face coverings are required.
