It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gertrude M. Bacheller of Homer, New York, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Gillette and Hila Smith Gillette; her husband William "Bill" Bacheller, Sr.; and her siblings, Joseph, Gordon Gillette, Dorothy Owen and Ruth Russell.

She is survived by: her children, William (Kathryn), Charles, Timothy (Lillian), Philip (Cindy), Sharon Adams (Dean) and Carol Gridley (Doug). She is also survived by Nineteen grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
