It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Sponaugle (Homer, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on November 25, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Houghton and Bernice Lowe Houghton; and her parents-in-law, Betty and Dorr Sponaugle of Cortland. She is survived by: her husband James D. Sponaugle; her children, Amanda Bishop of Cortland, Kory Sponaugle (Ashley) of Camillus and Jamison Sponaugle (Keri) of Homer; her grandchildren, Aiden, Emma, Elias and Wyatt; and her siblings, George Houghton (Ingrid) of Skaneateles, Tina Ward (Kenn) of Auburn and Dwyane Houghton of Marcellus. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
