It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Hammond of Homer, New York, who passed away on December 29, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Sylvia J. Hammond. He is survived by: his wife Tamara Hammond; his daughter Jordan Hammond; his father John Hammond; his siblings, Tammy Weegan (Brian), John Hammond, Amy Strauf (Matt) and Brian Hammond; and his sister-in-law Tina Brickey (Adam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
