He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Perry Halstead and Dora Moore Halstead; his wife Sylvia Hammond; his son Timothy Halstead (Karen); his grandchildren, Kate and Nathaniel Halstead; his sister Lucille Eaton (Martin); his former wife Jennie Halstead; and his siblings, Donald Halstead and Laverna Fralick.

Due to the current restrictions in place for the COVID-19, immediate services for Dale will be held at the convenience of the family.
