He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gary L. Tuttle and Betty C. Willis; his wife Moriah L. Tuttle; his children, Dalton, Olivia Merrill and Michaela O'Neill of Cortland; his brother Todd B. Tuttle (Margaret) of McGraw; his brother-in-law David G. Moore of Cortland; and his nieces and nephews, Devon B. Tuttle (Kaela) of McGraw, Alyssa M. Tuttle of Homer, Dylan J. Hendrickson (Paige) of McGraw, David W. Hendrickson III of Binghamton and Ericka M. Tuttle of Syracuse. He was also cherished by several grandchildren, aunts, uncles and cousins.
