She was predeceased by: her parents, George Turner and Dorothy Turner (Stebbeds); and her daughter Kim Lori Bissonette. She is survived by: her children, Dale of North Bangor, NY, John of Holmes, NY, Alan (Robin) of Dover, NY and Sharon Singley of Locust Grove, GA; and her brothers-in-law, Bryce of Dannamora, NY, Craig of Florida and Dale Bissonette of Florida. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Rose requested donations in her memory be made to the Dutchess County SPCA, 636 Violet Avenue, Hyde Park, NY 12538 or the American Heart Association.
