O'Neill of Holmes, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan O'Neill and Agnes O'Neill (Becker); and his siblings, Bryan, James and Agnes.

He is survived by: his brother Robert (Susan); and his niece Katherine.

“Hi my name is Tim whalen very sorry for your loss. Joe and I have been friends since he came to Kent ny. I use to repair all his equipment and do his excavating jobs. Joe would come by my shop every couple of weeks and we would laugh for and hr or so. Very funny guy. Always happy. He loved his retirement and his two antique stores Couldn’t figure out where he went called several times disconnected..asked George from the other antique store and he told me. So sorry we’ll all miss Joe. Best Tim”
