She is survived by: her daughters, Barbra Forman-Salladay of Windham, NH and Sharon Mindy Forman of Manhattan; her son-in-law John Salladay; her grandchildren, Jillian Salladay and Laurel Salladay (Bill Leith); and her great grandchild Evelyn.
