He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Jellerette and Ruby Jellerette; and his brother Mortimer Howell. He is survived by: his close friend Althea; his stepson Audrick Carter; his stepgrandchildren, Monique, Desiree, Troy and Linda Robinson; his children-in-law, Diane Jellerette, Robert DeJongh, Kenny Snyder, Luigi Leblanc, Sumner Dilworth and Marcus Nolan; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jordan DeJongh, Danielle, Taylor Jellerette, Yasmina Mattison Sudan, Julien, Nicolas Stainback, Ava, Farah, Giselle Leblanc, Noelle Dilworth, Teya, Skye and Olivia Nolan; and also, Elizabeth, Renee, Alexandra, Nicole and Teru. He is also survived by his cousins, the Sherwoods and his nieces and nephews.
