He was predeceased by: his father Albert Haffly; his son Michael Haffly; and his siblings, Robert C. Haffly, Marian A. Smith, Ammon R. Haffly, Donald E. Haffly, Marjorie G. Hood, Rev. Albert S. Haffly Jr., Dorothy M. Specht, Shirley A. Simcox and Thomas W. Haffly.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, David Haffly (Carol) of Holley, Joanne VanOrden (Phillip) of Holley, Stephen Haffly (Ruth) and Patricia Patton (Michael) of Holley; his daughter-in-law Marlene Haffly; and his sister Doris J. Hook. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
